1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Riotrack Music websites, mobile applications, services, or attending Riotrack events (collectively “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. Company & Scope

Riotrack Music (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a Los Angeles-based independent music company featuring the works of Ron Alezza and other featured artists. Our Services include: Music distribution via BMI (Broadcast Music Inc), SoundExchange, Harry Fox Agency, DistroKid, YouTube, Amazon Music, Apple Music, iTunes, DSPs (digital service providers), and Internet Radio; Riotrack Shop merchandise sales; Riotrack events, promotions, and marketing activities.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, music, videos, images, artwork, and promotional materials are owned or licensed by Riotrack Music and protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent. Use of Riotrack Music logos, artist names (including “Ron Alezza”), and branding requires express authorization.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to violate any applicable laws, including copyright, trademark, and performance rights laws; infringe on the rights of BMI, SoundExchange, Harry Fox, DSPs, or other partners; or use the Services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

5. Purchases & Payments

All sales of Riotrack Shop merchandise, event tickets, and digital downloads are final unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party services.

6. Artist Features & Promotions

Featured artists agree to grant Riotrack Music rights to promote, stream, and distribute their content on DSPs and other approved channels. Artist submissions must be original works and free of unlicensed third-party content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Riotrack Music, its officers, agents, attorneys, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. 

10. Partner & Affiliate Operations Disclaimer

Riotrack Music, its officers, artists, agents, and attorneys do not have control over the operational and business practices of its partners or affiliates, including but not limited to DSPs, merchandise vendors, event venues, and promotional collaborators. Riotrack Music and its representatives are indemnified from any legal disputes, claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the operations, commerce handling, or business practices of such partners or affiliates
